    Registration

    You need to have a registered account to be able to order with Azay.

    As we want to keep Azay a special place for professionals only, to register you must have a licensed business and will have to show us your license.

    Payment

    Payments must be done Cash On Delivery.

    You can also make payment via bank transfer (AYA/KBZ/Yoma/CB) and mobile wallets such as KBZPay and Wave Money. (Please refer to this page for more details.)

    Price

    You can easily look up products prices.

    Prices displayed are updated regularly and exclude taxes. Taxes will be added when applicable.

     

     
     
     

    Availability

    Out of stock information is displayed on the product’s picture and information.

    We keep our stock information up to date but can not entirely guarantee that products will be available when ordered.

     

     

     

    Minimum Order

    Your order amount must be at least 50,000 MMK (before tax) to be processed.

     

    Delivery

    We offer FREE delivery within Yangon’s selected townships.

    You have to check your order thoroughly when receiving it to make sure all items are there and in good condition.

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your order up to 4pm the day before your delivery by calling our Customer Service Centre on +95 9 770 760 888

    Return & Refund

    You may return an item to our delivery team when receiving your order for reasons such as (but not limited to):

    - Item damaged

    - Quality or freshness issue

    - Unexpected price change

    You may return dry and non-food items if you notify us up to 24 hours after delivery. Fresh items can only be returned at the time of delivery.

    If you return an item at the time of delivery, we may deduct the amount directly from your invoice.

    If you return it after delivery, our logistic team will pick it up along with your next order if placed within 7 days from the initial delivery and the amount will be deducted from your new order’s invoice.

    In case the item was damaged while in your possession, we might not accept the return.
